Neil Stoddart

Neil joined CALA in January 2000 as Finance Manager for CALA Homes Scotland, progressing to Finance Director for CALA Homes (West) in 2002 when Scotland split into two regions. In 2005 Neil became Finance Director for CALA Homes, assuming overall responsibility for the finance function for all homes regions in the Group.

Prior to CALA Neil joined Lothian Regional Council as a Trainee Accountant and qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1992. Neil progressed through various roles in Lothian Region and then joined East of Scotland Water as a Finance Manager in 1996 where he stayed until he joined CALA.

Neil was assigned as Interim Group Finance Director in April 2018 and was appointed as Group Finance Director in October 2018.
