Ed Creasey

Ed Creasey has extensive work experience in various roles related to solution engineering, pre-sales, consulting, and business development.

Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Solution Engineering at Calabrio, Inc., where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they held roles as the Director of Pre Sales Engineering and Consulting, Director of Pre Sales, and Global Head of Pre-Sales (Interim) at the same company.

Before joining Calabrio, Inc., Ed worked as a CX Consultant & Technology Thought Leader as a self-employed individual from 2019 to 2020.

From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Consulting Director, EMEA at NICE Systems, leading a team of consultants and supporting the implementation and application of customer interaction product suite.

Prior to NICE Systems, Ed held roles in Nexidia as a Client Services Director and Engagement Manager, responsible for audio and video search engine products and business intelligence reporting.

In 2006, they worked as a Partner at Cavendish Consulting, focusing on strategy consultancy and business development.

Ed also has experience as the Head of Business Development at Harding & Yorke from 2004 to 2006, and as the Head of IT and Telecoms at Harding & Yorke Ltd from 2002 to 2004.

Ed began their career in 1992 as a Business Development professional at Uniqueair.

Ed Creasey attended Abingdon from 1983 to 1990. Ed then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds from 1990 to 1993.
