Ralph Awad

Ralph Awad has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and community service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Operations and Security at Calabrio, Inc. since 2016, Ralph leads a team to transition the company’s workforce optimization suite to a global SaaS solution with a focus on compliance and security. Concurrently, Ralph has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis Police Activity League since 2008, fostering positive relationships between inner-city youth and the police through various community initiatives. Previous roles include National Technology Director at McGladrey, VP of Device Cloud Operations at Digi International, and Director of IT Service Operations at Loffler Companies, showcasing a strong background in strategic technology implementation and operational excellence. Ralph holds an Executive MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Religious Education from Missouri Baptist University.
