The NetSuite Administrator leads the administration, design, implementation, and support of NetSuite applications and enabling functions across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Quality, and IT.  This role reports to the leader of Business Systems and will not have any direct reports.

The compensation range for this role is market driven, with a salary range of $90,000 - $150,000. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package. This offering is aligned with our overall compensation philosophy. 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operational health of NetSuite applications and boundary systems enterprise wide.
  • Ensures applicable policies are in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements (i.e. HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, etc.), are being followed, and are audit ready.
  • Develops, tests and deploys customizations, third-party tools/applications, and new NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs.
  • Creates and maintains business process, workflow, and technical documentation to ensure NetSuite configuration, system interfaces and data flows are accurately captured.
  • Act as NetSuite subject matter expert (SME). Manages NetSuite updates, resolves system errors, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of available NetSuite functionality, customizations and integrations.
  • Works with key stakeholders to continually improve NetSuite processes and controls. Recommends actions that are pragmatic and achievable.
  • Partners with Business Team to assist with data analysis, business process mapping, custom reporting, and other initiatives.
  • Ensures NetSuite meets all finance and accounting best practices, and configurations and settings are aligned with the company's financial compliance requirements. Drives the execution of the monthly financial close process in NetSuite in partnership with the Finance Team.
  • Integrates and maintains NetSuite with other software applications used by the organization, such as Brightree, Salesforce, data warehouse systems, and other financial or data integration applications.
  • Provides administrative support such as creating new users and roles.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
  • 5 - 7 years of direct NetSuite experience, including administration, is required
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core system functionalities, including SuiteScripting and SuiteFlow
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, etc.) is highly desired
  • Ability to train and support end-users
  • Ability to capture business requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to understand and map business processes and workflows, and align them with NetSuite functionalities
  • Ability to create saved searches, custom reports, and KPI dashboards
  • Experience in managing system integrations and data migrations
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize system performance
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with various departments and manage third party consultants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, including use of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module, is highly desired
