Cheryl Green

Cheryl Green has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Cheryl has held positions as Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel at Calamar since September 2019, where they handle various aspects of corporate operations and oversees contractual arrangements and transactions. Prior to that, they worked as a Private Practice Attorney - General Counsel from May 2015 to September 2019, where they specialized in negotiation of complex contractual arrangements and regulatory compliance. Cheryl also served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at The Hamister Group from April 2013 to April 2015, focusing on real estate development and negotiating credit and debt facilities. Cheryl has also worked as an Attorney at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP from September 2010 to March 2013, and as Erie County Attorney from April 2008 to September 2010. Cheryl's early career included being an Equity Partner at Lustig & Brown, LLP from August 1997 to March 2008. Throughout their career, Cheryl has demonstrated expertise in various legal areas such as litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Cheryl Green obtained a Regents Diploma with Honors from Iroquois High School between the years 1983 and 1987. Cheryl then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Buffalo from 1987 to 1991. Their major was Political Science, and they minored in English. Cheryl continued their education at Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a J.D. degree in the field of Law.
