R. Scott Henderson, CFA, CIMA® has extensive experience in the investment industry, primarily at Calamos Investments. R. Scott started as a Portfolio Administrator in 1991 and progressed through various roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Assistant Sales Manager, Director of Training, Product Specialist, and eventually became a Senior Vice President - Portfolio Specialist. Their roles focused on product and portfolio management, sales, and training, showcasing their diverse skill set and career growth within the company.

R. Scott Henderson, CFA, CIMA® completed a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989 before earning a Master's degree in Speech Communication from the same university in 1991. Additionally, they hold certifications including the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor from the College for Financial Planning in 2003 and a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in 2022.
