Ofer Dana

Ofer Dana has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ofer began their career in 2000 as an IT and Help Desk Manager at Calanit Carmon, where they managed various technical support centers and provided consulting services for new Help Desks. Ofer then joined Ness Technologies in 2007, where they initially worked as an Outsourcing Site Manager and later as an Internal Auditor. In their role as Internal Auditor, Ofer was responsible for overseeing the quality process in outsourcing sites and working closely with site managers. In 2012, they joined Calanit as Director of Operations, a position they currently hold.

Ofer Dana attended Bar-Ilan University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Israel studies.
