Henry Li

Henry Li is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial management and operational leadership within the transportation sector. As the General Manager and CEO of the Sacramento Regional Transit District since June 2016, Henry oversees the largest transit service provider in the greater Sacramento area. Prior roles include Vice President, Finance & Technology and Chief Financial Officer at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Hampton Roads Transit. Henry has held various senior financial positions at organizations such as the Georgia State Roads & Tollway Authority and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency. Educational credentials include an MBA and Accountancy from Georgia Southern University, along with a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Central China Normal University.
