Tatyana Dachyshyn has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Tatyana is currently the Head of Global Money Market Funds Services EMEA / APAC at Calastone, where they are responsible for the strategic expansion of the company's Institutional Money Market offering globally. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Puma & Bear. Tatyana also has experience at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as an Executive Director, Global Liquidity, where they were a client adviser based in London, covering Institutional and Corporate Clients in Germany and Austria. Tatyana has held positions at Commerzbank AG, Erste Group Bank AG, William O'Neil + Co. Inc., Moody's Analytics, Erste Group Bank, and Proudfoot Consulting in various roles such as Director, Ass. Director, Institutional Equity Sales and Trading, and Business Development Coordinator.

Tatyana Dachyshyn has a BA (Hons) degree with a 2:1 in Economics, International Politics, and Sociology from Durham University. Tatyana also holds a BA (Hons) degree with a 1.6 from European-University Viadrina, specializing in Comparative Social Sciences and Cultural History. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a SII Level 3 Certificate in Investments (Securities) CF30 from the Financial Conduct Authority in 2007.
