Leah Patterson

Leah Patterson has a strong background in the food industry, starting as a Meat Marketing Intern at Organic Valley in 2013. Leah then moved on to roles such as Organic Produce Buyer/Manager at Dubuque Food Cooperative and Produce Planner/Advisor at Sysco Las Vegas, Inc. Patterson continued to grow in their career, eventually becoming an Area Produce Category Manager at US Foods before taking on the role of Director of Strategic Sourcing at Calavo Growers in 2023.

Leah Patterson completed their General Diploma in General Education from East High School of Aurora in 2000. Leah then pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Natural Resources/Conservation, General at Nicolet College from 2009 to 2011. Later, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 2011 and 2013. In 2024, Leah obtained a Dare to Lead Trained certification from Dare to Lead™ Trained.
