Rahul Menezes

Rahul Menezes is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Calbright College since 2023, Rahul is focused on innovating online higher education through effective engineering team leadership and scalable platform development. Previously at Oracle from 1999 to 2022, Rahul held several key roles including Software Development Director, where leadership involved managing the Accounts Service Engineering team for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This role encompassed designing and operating a major platform service that efficiently handles extensive daily requests. Rahul's earlier positions include Senior Software Development Manager and Principal/Senior/Member of Technical Staff, showcasing a progressive career in developing Application Servers and Oracle Database. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
