Terry Lucas

Terry Lucas is currently the Board Liaison at Calbright College. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Aetna from August 2014 to August 2020. In that role, they conducted life-cycle recruiting for a managed health care company with 50,000+ employees, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and communication. They also supported multiple lines of business, including Clinical, Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, National Accounts, Finance, University, Legal and Actuarial.

In addition to their work at Aetna, they have also been involved in virtual job fairs and have provided administrative support to the recruiting team. They have also managed special projects, events, and assignments as needed. Terry Lucas has a Bachelors in Corporate and Organizational Studies from the University of Connecticut,

an Associates in Business Administration from Nichols College, and is a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts.

Terry also has certifications from LinkedIn in Learning Zoom, Diversity Recruiting, and Learning Asana.

From Aetna, a CVS Health Company, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and an Achieving Business Excellence Yellow Belt.
