Winston Arts has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Business Analyst at Rabobank IT, where they aim to improve financial data analysis for the Credit Core Department. Prior to this, they underwent a traineeship program at Calco, focusing on developing IT skills in a financial environment. Winston also worked at Autoriteit Financiële Markten, researching retail investor investments in PRIIPS-products. Additionally, they served as a Board Treasurer for a long-term high-potential investment group and conducted GPS data analysis research for health research purposes at the Information Systems Capacity Group TU/e. Winston also held the position of Officer External Relations at B&R Beurs Eindhoven Investment Society and worked as an intern at Boosting Alpha B.V., conducting research on algorithmic financial trading. Winston has experience tutoring college students and working as a Service Representative at PCS, Proactive Contact Support. Furthermore, Winston served as the Chairman of the Long-term High-potential investment group, where they achieved a 18.8% return within seven months, qualifying for the National Investment Competition of the Netherlands. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in finance, IT, data analysis, and customer service.
Winston Arts began their education in 2015 with a course at the British Council, where they obtained a Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE certificate) in the field of English language. From 2016 to 2020, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2020, they moved on to Tilburg University to pursue a Master of Finance, which they completed in 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Winston Arts has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they received the Databases SQL Foundation certification from EXIN. In March 2022, they obtained the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org and the WFT Basis certification from Dukers & Baelemans. Finally, in May 2022, they earned the Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification from Microsoft.
