Amy Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and account management. Currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Caldwell & Gregory since July 2023, Amy previously held the position of Client Account Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where responsibilities included client meetings and performance analysis for over 300 customers.
