Nicole Ray, MBA has a diverse work history that includes various leadership and management roles. In their most recent position at Caldwell Companies, they serve as the VP of Recruitment, Retention, and Leadership Development. Prior to that, they worked at Gracemark Homes as the Director of Marketing. Nicole also held the role of General Manager at Community Impact Newspaper and Assistant Superintendent of Communication and Community Relations at Cypress-Faibanks I.S.D.
