Alex Magmedov, BS, CSCMP, is an experienced professional in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as Manager of Purchasing & Materials Management at Calea Ltd. since January 2022, Alex has a comprehensive background that includes managerial roles at Dynacare from June 2013 to January 2022, overseeing vendor management and various supply chain activities. Previous positions include Senior Buyer, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and RFP process management, and Planning & Control Analyst at Grote Industries Co., focusing on procurement, financial reporting, and demand forecasting. Early career experience includes supervising direct materials procurement at Philip Morris International. Alex holds a CSCMP designation in Supply Chain Management from the Ontario Institute of PMAC and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Management and Information Science.
