Michael Dickson

Michael Dickson is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as an ICT Officer at Caledonia Housing Association since August 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked at FDM Group from April 2018 to August 2023, progressing from Information Technology Consultant to Senior Information Technology Consultant. During this tenure, Michael participated in a business consultancy training program. Michael's experience includes a role as a Desktop Support Analyst at Student Loans Company, where assistance was provided during the lockdown period, as well as a Service Desk Analyst in the same organization.
