Caledonia Mining
Tanatsiwa Shumba is a highly skilled geologist with extensive experience in grade control, resource evaluation, and geological exploration. Currently serving as a Senior Section Geologist at Caledonia Mining since March 2021, Tanatsiwa has previously worked as a Geologist at ZCDC Chiyadzwa & Chimanimani and as a Section Geologist at RioZim Renco Mine, among other roles in various mining companies. Tanatsiwa's educational background includes a BSc in Geology and Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA in Business Management from Midlands State University. Initial career experience also included a teaching position at the Ministry of Education, focusing on Mathematics and Science subjects.
