Mary L. Desautels

Mary L. Desautels, Esq. has extensive work experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2021 as Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility for Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits. Prior to that, they were Vice President Human Resources for Materne North America - GoGo squeeZ from 2015-2021, where they were a direct report to the President/General Manager of Materne North America and Chief Human Resources Officer of MOM group (parent company). Mary L. was also a member of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for driving strengths-based transformational strategies and initiatives in the areas of Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development, Change Management, Project Management, Safety, Continuous Process Improvement, Compensation & Benefits and Administrative Services. From 2006-2015, Mary held various roles at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Diversity and Employee Relations. Mary began their career in 1995 as an Attorney at Lamb & Desautels, PC, where they specialized in Employment Law and School Attorney, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice and workplace mediation.

Mary L. Desautels, Esq. completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College, graduating magna cum laude in 1987. Mary L. then attended Vermont Law and Graduate School, earning their Juris Doctor degree in 1993.
