Karen Shih

Karen Shih, PMI-ACP, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in technical project management. At Calendly, Karen serves as the Sr. Manager of Technical Program Management, being the first project manager hire and successfully establishing the discipline while expanding the team to nine members. Prior roles include Manager and Founding Senior Technical Project Manager at Mailchimp, where Karen represented the Internal Tools domain and aligned team priorities with organizational needs. With a robust background at Sharecare, Inc., Karen managed multiple projects simultaneously as a Senior Technical Project Manager and contributed to product development as an Agile Product Manager. Additional experiences include program management roles at Teach For America and registration management at the Center for the Advancement and Study of International Education. Karen holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
