Rachel Vilceus

Rachel Vilceus has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering. Rachel started their career at Alere, Inc. in 2006 as a Software Quality Analyst and worked there until 2008. Rachel then joined Automated Logic Corporation as a Software Quality Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Rachel later worked at Silverpop as a Software Quality Analyst, where they held the position of Sr Software Quality Analyst from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Kabbage, Inc. as a Software Quality Engineer and worked there until 2013. Rachel then joined TranDotCom Solutions in 2014 as a Software Quality Assurance Lead, where they served until 2016. Rachel continued their career at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance as a Lead QA Analyst from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Software QA Manager at Regions Bank. Currently, they are working at Calendly, where they started as a QA Manager from 2020 to 2021, then served as a Sr Quality Manager from 2021 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Head of Quality Engineering.

Rachel Vilceus completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2008. Rachel then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Information Design & Communication from the same university in 2009. In 2017, Rachel obtained several certifications including Accredited Software Test Automator Certification and Software Tester Accredited Certification from the International Software Test Institute™, as well as Scrum Coach Accredited Certification, Scrum Master Accredited Certification, and Scrum Product Owner Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™.
