Robert Bianco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in logistics, operations, and investment. Currently serving as a Board Member at IDS and an Operating Partner at Calera Capital, Robert has a rich history of leadership roles including President of Menlo Worldwide Logistics, where responsibilities spanned global supply chain management. Previous board positions include the Evans Network of Companies and Rock-It Cargo USA LLC. As the owner of Cyrus Creek Vineyards, Robert also brings entrepreneurial expertise. Robert Bianco holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in History from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by initial leadership experience in the United States Army.
