Kevin Baker

Kevin R. Baker is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and General Counsel at Calera Capital since January 1998, Kevin Baker plays a key role in the firm's operations. Prior to this, Kevin Baker was a Law Partner at O'Melveny & Myers, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate matters from May 1988 to January 1998. Earlier in Kevin Baker's career, experience as a Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. involved tax research and compliance. Kevin Baker holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting, also cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
