Ha-Jin SHIN-DE BRUCHARD is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and General Counsel at iM Global Partner since May 2025, Ha-Jin has previously held the position of General Counsel at Quadrille Capital from January 2022 to May 2025. Other notable roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Bpifrance, Director of Legal Operations at Sofinnova Partners, M&A Legal Counsel at BNP Paribas, and Corporate & Securities Legal Counsel at Danone. Ha-Jin began the legal career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as an Associate focused on Public M&A and Capital Markets, following an earlier role as an Associate in Private M&A at Dechert LLP. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, a Specialized Master in Finance, Law, and Management from HEC Paris, and a DESS in Business and Tax Law from University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
