Ashley Montrose-Brooks, BSME, MBA, is a seasoned logistics and engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Logistics Director of Engineering at Caleres, Inc., Ashley leads engineering efforts for distribution centers in the US and Canada, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic modernization initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Manufacturing at TMGcore, where outsourcing and in-house manufacturing strategies were developed, and Engineering Manager at Gestamp, where stabilization and project execution were achieved for struggling facilities. Ashley’s expertise spans plant management, continuous improvement processes, and lean manufacturing, reinforced by a robust educational background that includes a Master's in Business Administration and ongoing doctoral studies.
