Perry Leong

Perry Leong has over 20 years of work experience in project management and construction. Perry is currently working as the Project Development Director at Calgary Co-op since March 2023. Perry previously held the role of Redevelopment Project Manager at the same company starting from August 2019. Before joining Calgary Co-op, Perry worked at Bentall Kennedy as a Project Manager in Construction from July 2018 to August 2019. Perry also served as the Director of Planning & Construction at Ronmor Developers Inc. for three years from 2015 to 2018. Perry has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE | Canada from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Senior Director, Director, and Project Manager. Perry's early career involved roles such as Manufacturing Coordinator at ATCO Structures & Logistics, Construction Manager at Tritech Fall Protection, and Project Coordinator/Estimator at Thermal Systems. Perry started their career as an Estimator/Designer at ATCO Structures & Logistics in 1994.
