Serena Riel

Serena Riel, CTC, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Calgary Co-op, a position held since July 2007, where responsibilities include aligning HR practices with business strategy and advocating for employee engagement and performance management best practices. Prior experience encompasses roles in customer service and management at Calgary Co-op, and positions in travel coordination and marketing with Custom Travel Solutions, where project management and client relations were key duties. Additional roles include logistics coordination with Pacer Corporation Group of Companies and tutoring at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Serena holds a diploma in Travel & Tourism from SAIT and completed high school at Elmwood High School.
