Shaun Lifton

Shaun Lifton is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously as Human Resources Advisor at Calgary Co-op since August 2021, Shaun's expertise was honed through roles at Repsol Sport Centre and WestJet from 2006 to 2021, where responsibilities included workplace investigations, HR training, and team management of a large workforce. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources Management at the University of Calgary.
