Jacqueline VanMalsen is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in primary care and dental hygiene. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Member Services at Mosaic Primary Care Network since January 2022, Jacqueline oversees the Patient's Medical Home and the delivery of member services aimed at improving primary care access and patient outcomes. Previously held roles include Program Manager for Medical Home Support and Dental Hygienist and Zonal Team Lead at Alberta Health Services, where Jacqueline focused on health promotion and operational planning. As a guest lecturer at the University of Alberta School of Dentistry, Jacqueline contributes to the education of future healthcare professionals. Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Medical Science and has previously served as Vice President for the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta. Having been the first dental hygienist employed in a primary care network in Alberta, Jacqueline pioneered initiatives to enhance pediatric oral health awareness.

The Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of more than 500 family doctors who work with teams of other health professionals to offer patients the best in primary health care. Our PCN serves nearly 400,000 patients in northwest Calgary and Cochrane. Together with Alberta Health Services, we offer round-the-clock care.
