Ted Jablonski, MD CCFP FCFP, brings extensive experience in medical education and clinical practice. Serving as the Associate Director of Student Advising and Wellness at the Cumming School of Medicine, Ted also holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Calgary. As the Medical Lead at the Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network's ACCESS 365 Clinic, Ted contributes to primary care services. Additionally, Ted is the Founder and Director of JABLONSKI Health and operates Ted Jablonski prof corp, providing leadership and expertise in healthcare. Previously, Ted served as a Medical Consultant for the Skipping Stone Foundation.

The Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of more than 500 family doctors who work with teams of other health professionals to offer patients the best in primary health care. Our PCN serves nearly 400,000 patients in northwest Calgary and Cochrane. Together with Alberta Health Services, we offer round-the-clock care. We work to achieve better health outcomes for our patients. We believe we can make a difference.
