Calgary Homeless Foundation
Adam Melnyk is an experienced professional in outreach coordination and non-profit management, currently serving as the Manager of Extreme Weather Response and Outreach Coordination with the Calgary Homeless Foundation since December 2021. Melnyk also leads winter response projects and previously coordinated a Point in Time Count in Calgary. As the owner of Frontline Focused Consulting, expertise is provided in operational strategies for non-profits, particularly in areas of addictions and homelessness. Melnyk has a longstanding commitment to community engagement, demonstrated through the initiation of the You Care We Care Initiative. Additional roles include past positions as Outreach Manager at Calgary Alpha House and CUPS Health and Education Centres, as well as serving as President of the Housing Outreach Prevention Engagement Society. Melnyk holds a BA in Communications from the University of Calgary and maintains a small business, Visual Orgasm Art Supplies Inc., documenting Canadian graffiti.

The Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF) is a registered charity that exists to end homelessness in our city. Through systems-level leadership and mobilization of collective impact, CHF is a catalyst of transformation for systems and service agencies to optimize client success.
