Michael Howlin

Michael Howlin MA has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as a Detective/Sergeant with the Calgary Police Service since December 2009. Prior to this role, Michael spent over four years with the Metropolitan Police as a Police Officer, gaining diverse experience on a Patrol Response Team in South London. Michael also worked as a self-employed Security Consultant with MJH Security, providing services to major clients such as Dell and DHL. Earlier military experience includes serving in the British Army for over a decade as a Section Commander in the Grenadier Guards, along with roles as an instructor at the Infantry Training Centre Catterick. Michael holds a Master's degree in Intelligence and Security from the University of Leicester and a level 3 NVQ in Management.
