Tracey Sparrow

Tracey Sparrow is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently retired from the Calgary Police Service where responsibilities included managing HR operations. Prior to retirement, Tracey held the position of HR Manager at Calgary Parking from October 2018 to December 2022, focusing on employee engagement, health and safety, and leadership development, while also partnering with unions and the City of Calgary. Tracey began in the HR field as an HR Consultant - Generalist at the Calgary Police Service from July 2007 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Calgary.
