Lisa Roberts

Lisa Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations within the real estate sector, currently serving as Associate CEO at the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®) since February 2021. In this role, Lisa supports the Board of Directors in shaping CREB®'s mission, vision, and strategic planning, while fostering relationships with stakeholders and ensuring financial sustainability. Lisa previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategy & Operations at CREB®, demonstrating a consistent track record in operational oversight and talent management. Prior to CREB®, Lisa gained valuable experience in various leadership roles at Shaw Communications and Telus Mobility, as well as extensive managerial expertise at Scotiabank. Lisa holds a Business degree in Accounting from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton University.
