Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is the CEO of CALIBRATE, an executive search and organizational consultancy firm focused on helping law firms achieve operational excellence. Jennifer is also the Founder of Calibrate ID, a research program that helps firms evaluate their diversity and promote inclusivity. Jennifer is a Member of the North American Diversity Leadership Council at AESC and a Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management. Jennifer has been actively involved in various leadership roles within the Legal Marketing Association and has served on multiple boards and committees. Jennifer's educational background includes a BA in Political Science/ Middle Eastern Studies from Baylor University.
