Jenny Schwope is a seasoned professional in executive search and organizational consultancy specializing in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at CALIBRATE since March 2020, Jenny has a strong focus on optimizing talent and operational excellence for law firms. With prior experience as a Senior Executive Search Associate at the same firm and a wealth of knowledge gained through various roles at Special Counsel, including Sr. Director of National Law Firm Management, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in placing key business operations roles and advocating for diversity and inclusion. Jenny’s earlier career included positions as a paralegal at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and the Law Offices of Donald Noack, complemented by a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's degree from George Mason University.
