Kirstie Kodatsky is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both health coaching and interior design. Currently serving as an Accountability Health Coach at Calibrate since January 2023, Kirstie focuses on creating accountability and guiding members through a year-long lifestyle intervention program, while personalizing support to enhance various aspects of their health. Prior to this role, Kirstie worked at One Workplace for nearly eight years, progressing from Designer to Design Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team of designers, fostering professional development, and leading design initiatives. Kirstie's background also features roles in design and project management across various companies, including creating detailed plans and specifications for commercial interiors. Kirstie holds certifications in holistic health coaching and has degrees in interior design and economics.
