Ellen K. Odell

Ellen K. Odell is a principal in Calibre CPA Group’s Payroll (Employer Compliance) department and has more than 24 years of experience in compliance audits.

Ellen leads a team of 30+ people responsible for coordinating the delivery of over 3,000 employer payroll audits each year for clients throughout the country. She is responsible for the planning, supervising, and reviewing staff services, and is the day-to-day liaison with their employer payroll clients. Ellen is also responsible for staff development and process and practice improvement supporting growth within the department.

Ellen has a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida State University.
