Leandro Espinoza García has diverse work experience in labor relations and executive administrative roles. Leandro began their career in 2012 as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Instituto Sindical para América Central y el Caribe. Leandro then moved on to work as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Cancilleria de la República, Nicaragua from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Leandro joined B2Gold Corp. as a Labor Relations Coordinator, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Labor Relations at Calibre Mining Corp (CXB) since August 2022.

Leandro started their education at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Diplomacy and Labor Relations from 2011 to 2015.
Leandro later pursued further education at the Universidad Americana (UAM). In 2021, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Law. In 2022, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology of the workplace. During the same year, they also pursued studies in Neurolinguística, with a focus on Gestion de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.
Leandro also acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Digital Information Management from the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores Nicaragua. In 2019, they obtained a Project Manager certification from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua. In 2022, they completed a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a certification in Time Management and Teamwork from iSE. Finally, in 2015, they earned a Diploma in International Trade and Central American Integration from the Universidad Evangélica Nicaragüense Martin Luther King.
