Jessica Paster

Jessica joined Calibre One in 2021 as a Senior Associate based in the New York office. Prior to joining Calibre One, she worked as an In-House Recruiter at Brookfield Asset Management, recruiting candidates from Analyst to Vice President level, within corporate practices including finance and real estate specifically. Before this, Jessica worked as a Senior Recruiter at Korn Ferry, a leading global executive search firm, working with clients specifically within investment banking, real estate, private equity, hedge fund, and professional services and strategy at all levels. Jessica is a graduate of Indiana University where she majored in Psychology.
