Mariela Martinez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Calibre International since July 2023, Mariela previously worked at Reuland Electric for 16 years, where roles included Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Recruiter, and Human Resources Assistant. In these capacities, Mariela specialized in recruiting for various positions, including general labor and skilled craft roles, while also providing support to supervisors and managers in developing recruitment strategies. Mariela holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the College of Engineering at Cal Poly and completed high school education at Monrovia High School.
