Daniel Murrey

Daniel Murrey, FCCA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Daniel currently holds the position of Finance Director UK and Ireland at Calibre Scientific, Inc. since October 2022.

Prior to this, Daniel worked at Boston Scientific as the Financial Controller for the UK & Ireland from August 2019 to September 2022.

Daniel also gained valuable experience at BTG plc, where they held various roles including Snr Manager of Accounting and Financial Controls, Snr Manager of Transactional Finance Projects, Financial Controller, Snr Manager of Financial Operations EMEA, Finance Director, and Planning Manager, from 2009 to 2019.

Before BTG plc, Daniel served as the Group Financial Manager at TALLYGENICOM LTD from May 2006 to February 2009.

Daniel also worked at Valeant Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Financial Analyst from January 2004 to April 2006, and at Shire Pharmaceuticals as the Global Finance Manager for Shire Pharmaceutical Developments Ltd from March 2001 to January 2004.

Daniel's earlier experiences include being a Management Accountant at DRAKE AUTOMATION Ltd from November 1999 to March 2001, a Financial Accountant at DRS RUGGED SYSTEMS Ltd from April 1995 to November 1999, a Financial Accountant at HUMES Ltd from January 1994 to April 1995, and an Audit Clerk/Senior at HARRIS WALTERS from July 1988 to December 1993.

Daniel Murrey - FCCA has a comprehensive education history in the field of accounting and finance. In 1987 to 1988, they attended the Foundation Course in Accountancy at Bristol Polytechnic. Prior to that, they completed 3 A Levels and 2 O Levels at Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke. Daniel also achieved 9 O Levels at Cranbourne Secondary School. Furthermore, Daniel Murrey - FCCA pursued additional education through ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) focusing on accountancy.
