Dm Dr. Michele A. Johnson

Dr. Michele A. Johnson, DM has a strong background in program analysis and financial management. From 2023, Dr. Johnson has been working as a Program Analyst at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. During this time, they assisted with budget building, managed program requirements, and calculated personnel program costs. Dr. Michele A. also revamped program processes, developed strategic plans, and analyzed financial data for various programs. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they served as an Enlisted Professional Military Education Training Instructor in the United States Air Force. From 2002 to 2009, Dr. Johnson worked as a Financial Management Specialist at the 113th Wing, District of Columbia Air National Guard. Dr. Michele A. also served as a Military Pay Technician at the 184th Bomb Wing, Kansas Air National Guard from 2000 to 2002, and as a Personnel Specialist from 1998 to 2000 at the same wing. Dr. Johnson's experience spans over two decades and includes a focus on financial management and program analysis.

Dr. Michele A. began their academic journey in 2000 when they attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Dr. Michele A. continued their studies and received another Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution in 1999, which they completed in 2006.

In 2000, Dr. Johnson enrolled at Southwestern College and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2003. Following this, they furthered their education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2004 and 2006.

Motivated by their passion for management, Dr. Johnson decided to pursue a higher level of education. Dr. Michele A. embarked on an academic journey at the University of Phoenix once again, this time focusing on Management and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Johnson completed their doctoral studies at the University of Phoenix, acquiring a Doctor of Management degree in 2018.
