Kadia Beckford

Kadia Beckford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kadia began their career in 1997 as a News Anchor-Reporter at Medcom Panama. Kadia then worked as a Journalist at Tiempos del Mundo from 2001 to 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they served as an External PR Officer at ENSA - Elektra Noreste S.A. In 2007, they worked briefly as an Administrative Assistant at ThinkFoodGroup. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative (FEMA) at CSRA Inc. Kadia then joined Fairfax County Government as an Administrative Assistant at the Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC) from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, they transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Assistant at DirectViz Solutions, LLC. Currently, they are serving as a Human Resources Assistant I at CALIBRE Systems, Inc.

Kadia Beckford has a comprehensive education history that spans several years. From 1991 to 1999, they attended the Universidad de Panamá, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Universidad Latina de Panamá. In 2002, they completed a Post-Graduate program in Management. Kadia then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, graduating in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Kadia has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received a MS Office Suite Certification from Northern Virginia Community College. Most recently, in April 2023, they obtained a certification in Human Resources: Payroll from LinkedIn.
