Richard Oliver

Richard Oliver is currently working as the Principal Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at CALIBRE Systems, where Richard leads, coaches, and mentors the execution of enterprise-level projects in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management & Comptroller. Richard has also worked as a Process Improvement Specialist and Learning/Knowledge Officer at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a Certified Master Black Belt at the US Army, and held various other analytical and leadership roles in different organizations. With a Doctorate of Business Administration candidate in Quality Systems Management and extensive experience in process improvement, Richard has a strong background in implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving organizational efficiency.
