Joshua Cunningham

Joshua Cunningham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joshua is currently working at Calibre Group as the Principal and Head of Business Development since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ArkMalibu as a Senior Advisor and then as the Managing Director from August 2018 to July 2022.

Before ArkMalibu, Joshua held positions at GE Aviation, where they served as the Senior Business Program Manager from August 2016 to August 2018, and as the Director of Business Development from June 2015 to August 2016. In these roles, they led inorganic deal teams and managed various aspects of deal closing, including financial modeling, negotiations, contract terms, and executive alignment.

Joshua also worked at Perella Weinberg Partners as an Associate from March 2012 to July 2013 and at Citi as an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions from August 2010 to February 2012. Joshua pursued their MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University from August 2008 to May 2010. Joshua also had a summer associate role at Citi in 2009.

Joshua's early experience includes serving as a Captain in the US Army from January 1996 to October 2004.
