Patrick Fischer is currently the Sr Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Califia Farms, specializing in all things automation and engineering. Prior to their current role, Patrick held various positions in companies such as SunOpta, Dole Packaged Foods, LLC, and Swisslog Logistics Automation where Patrick managed projects at a granular level, budget allocation, and resource planning. With a strong background in engineering and project management, Patrick has experience in process engineering, production supervision, mechanical design, and data analysis. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Data Science, and degrees in Power Systems, Electromechanical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering Technology.
