Nicki Cerniglia

Nicki Cerniglia has a rich work experience that spans over several years. Nicki started their career at The Cliffs Resort in 2005 as a Guest Services staff member and later moved on to the SeaVenture Resort as a Front Desk & Events Supervisor. In 2009, they joined the Hampton hotel chain and held various positions, including Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. In 2015, Nicki joined the California Autism Center & Learning Group, where they initially served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations before becoming the Director of Communications. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at the same organization.

Nicki Cerniglia began their education in 2000 at College Park High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. After that, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism Administration. In addition to their formal education, Nicki has also obtained certifications in OnQ Front Desk, OnQ Rates & Inventory, and OnQ Revenue Management Express from Hilton Worldwide University.
