Michael Adams

Michael Adams, PhD, CMPE, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Care Center since January 2021 and has been the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Management & Consulting, LLC since August 2020, focusing on executive leadership coaching, grant writing, and strategic management. Additional leadership roles include ownership of M&F Holdings, LLC, participation in the National Association of Community Health Centers 340B Workgroup, and serving as an Adjunct Dissertation Committee Member at California Baptist University. Michael Adams has a robust background in healthcare management, having previously held significant positions such as System Director of Ambulatory Services at South Texas Health System and CEO of TYLER FAMILY CIRCLE OF CARE. Educational achievements include a PhD in Leadership with a Business Concentration from the University of the Cumberlands, an MBA from Marylhurst University, and specialized certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
