Kalpana Kotian

Kalpana Kotian has held various roles in the field of HR, starting in 2008 as an HR Executive at Avenue Supermarts Pvt Ltd. Kalpana later worked at Future Group as a Deputy Manager - People Office from 2011 to 2018. Following that, they joined Bagzone Lifestyles Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager from 2018 to 2022. Kalpana then returned to California Burrito as Head of HR in 2022, taking a brief break in July of that year. In 2023, they resumed their position as Head of HR at California Burrito.

Kalpana Kotian attended the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
